LIfestyle newborn session - Bellaphoto - comox valley photographer

One of my goals in my Courtenay 5th street photo studio, is to be able to offer a look that doesn't look like your traditional photo studio. Because of this I am able to create natural (but incredibly well lit) lifestyle newborn images!

I love incorporating a lifestyle component in to every newborn session, to capture those natural emotions.

Since I started newborn photography I have always had a secret goal.... I felt that you had truly "made it" when a vendor asked you to photograph their products. So i was BEYOND overjoyed when

 Lily B's asked to do a collab with me. I had just the baby in mind, Baby Kenzie! Not only is she the CUTEST but she also lives a few block away from me in Black Creek! 

The really exciting thing about this session was it was my first session shooting on my new Sony A7iii. I will do a whole blog about this but dang I am in love. 

These bonnets were so cute and fit amazingly well, I Can't wait to work with Lily B's in the future! 

Courtenay baby photographer- The M family- Bellaphoto

This was a very special little girl that came in for her newborn photography session. Not only was she the first newborn at the Campbell River Hospital, she was also the first newborn at my Courtnenay photography studio!! I wanted to have a studio that focused on newborn photography in Courtenay BC and I now have that! AND it's on 5th street! A total dream come true!

It was such a treat to have this awesome family come in studio. Big brother was only 2, but he rocked the sibling photos.

Can't wait for more babies!!
